Designed, built, launched, and operate a bootstrapped marketplace for original miniature artwork, built for ACEO artists and collectors.
Built listings, checkout, live bidding, sealed offers, favorites, seller subscriptions, Stripe payouts, moderation, admin dashboards, support workflows, brand direction, and organic growth loops.
Grew the platform to 3,000+ users, 150+ paying subscribers, 1,500+ sold listings, and ~$15k GMV in the first 4 months.

Built Class I medical device components and FDA-compliant technical documentation for Lingo, Abbott’s FDA-regulated continuous glucose monitor app.
Led the AI food logging proof of concept and architected an image processing pipeline tuned for latency, cost, and accuracy, coordinating across backend, frontend, data platform, and partner integrations.
Worked across React Native, service integrations, core refactors, and AEM automation that reduced content promotion from hours to seconds.
